Subscription states

Demo

The same paywall, backdrop and trial warning the dashboard renders. Fixtures only — no database reads, no emails, no billing calls.

Trial warning toast

Fires in the bottom-right toaster the dashboard layout mounts, with the same copy and the same once-per-session behaviour. Nothing is sent anywhere.

The email

The trial-ending notice is a real React Email template and can be previewed with the rest of them.

Testing the real gate

To exercise the gate, the RLS denial and the paywall's checkout action end to end, put a test workspace into one of these states on a non-production project:

node scripts/demo/set-subscription-state.mjs \
  --slug <workspace-slug> \
  --state lapsed \
  --confirm-ref <project-ref>

It refuses a production project ref. Read the script before running it.
